Before beginning his career in construction, Bert was a standout football player at Florida State University and went on to spend time playing professionally in the NFL. Mileena Walding serves as Office & Operations Manager for Monolith Construction and is an essential part of the company’s day-to-day success. Born and raised in Gulf County, Florida, Mileena brings a deep connection to the community and an unwavering commitment to supporting the clients, employees, and operations that drive Monolith Construction forward.

Mileena’s responsibilities extend far beyond the office. Josh Braswell serves as Construction Superintendent for Monolith Construction, where he oversees daily field operations and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. With many years of hands-on construction experience, Josh brings practical knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence to every project he manages.

Born and raised in Franklin County, Florida, Josh has been a longtime resident of Gulf County, where he lives with his wife and three children. His deep roots in the local community and strong work ethic make him a trusted leader both on and off the jobsite.

As Construction Superintendent, Josh is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, maintaining quality control, and ensuring work progresses according to plan. Josh plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day construction activities and keeping projects on track from start to finish. Tyler Carley serves as Construction Superintendent for Monolith Construction, where he oversees daily field operations on his assigned projects, coordinates subcontractors, maintains project schedules, and ensures that every project is built to the highest standards of quality and safety. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Tyler is a valued member of the Monolith team who approaches every challenge with professionalism and a smile.

With extensive hands-on construction experience, Tyler plays a critical role in managing jobsite activities and ensuring projects progress efficiently from start to finish. In addition to his construction responsibilities, Tyler is a qualified Stormwater Management Inspector and is dedicated to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter with the Cottondale Fire Department. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors and is actively involved in rodeo competitions. Whether on the jobsite, serving his community, or pursuing his passion for the outdoors, Tyler is known for his determination, reliability, and upbeat personality.

Justin Henderson serves as Underground Utility Superintendent for Monolith Construction, where he oversees all underground utility operations and plays a vital role in the successful execution of the company’s heavy civil and infrastructure projects. A lifelong resident of Gulf County, Justin brings a deep understanding of the local community, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on every project.

In his role, Justin manages field operations for utility installations, coordinates crews and equipment, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. He is also responsible for overseeing Monolith Construction’s fleet of heavy equipment, ensuring that critical machinery is properly maintained and ready to support ongoing operations.
