Monolith Construction Panhandle LLC is hiring immediately for an experienced Construction Superintendent.
We are looking for someone with real, hands-on field experience who understands construction from the ground up and can effectively manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and day-to-day jobsite operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an actual construction field position
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and maintaining schedules
• Safety and quality focused
• Dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of a project
